Since the error message tells you explicitly that you have no image servers installed, you should consider that first, before you consider any other possible causes. Do you actually have image servers installed the way the user manual says? Installing image servers is very simple: the user manual topic on image server modules tells how. It even answers the 32bit/64bit question you asked. --- You don't say what version of Windows you are using or whether it has been modified from the default Windows installation or whether you are using any third party software that is designed to "protect" people from themselves by preventing them from doing what they want to do. For example, there are third party packages that will prevent downloads from running. Various Windows versions will do that as well, automatically "blocking" downloaded software from running. If you're using such a version of Windows, or if you've set policies or taken other administrative means to turn on such automatic blocking, or if you're running some third party "security" software that has the same effect, then, of course, you'll have to unblock the .dlls you've downloaded before they can run. Dealing with such inconveniences is a routine part of operating Windows and/or whatever third party "security" software you might be running. That's not Manifold's magic tricks. Search this forum for discussions on unblocking dlls and you'll find posts with step by step instructions for dealing with such situations. Note also that Release 9 uses a different system of built-in image servers plus generic interfaces that are also built in and which can be configured using the configuration string built into their dialogs. That could be easier for you, and you can try it out for free with Viewer.
