I created a Map in Manifold ver. 9 a year ago, and now I don't know where that data is located on my computer. I mayhave renamed the layers so I can't search in windows. Do you have a solution. I also use ArcMap and it has a container where each layer is shown where it is located on the computer. Thank you Butch

Data is imported or linked in Manifold 9. If linked, you can see the path to the data in the properties of the layer. If the data has been imported, the data is in your M9 file and can be exported where you want it. No way to tell where it was when you imported it, except in the M9 log file. Log files are located somewhere like : C:\Users\yourUserName\AppData\Local\Manifold\v9.0

That's a good topic. I'm not sure I learned anything, but it was a nice, logical refresher.

Unlike Arc products, there is generally only one file in Manifold. Manifold's layers are in the basic file. But as Vincent said, you can link to data, but I only ever did that to try things out.
