In M8 setting up a custom projection and all works except two values in the xml do not load:

<standardLat1>-30.75</standardLat1>

<standardLat2>-35.75</standardLat2>

So in the UI dialogue 1st Standard Parallel and 2nd Standard Parallel are zero.

They can be manually entered of course but that's not efficient.
