Hey guys, I was messing around with using Universal as a WMS server, with its classy support of GetFeatureInfo. I thought I'd try to stress it out by serving the Philadelphia Parking Violations data to some local clients, but I couldn't get the WMS to "show" anything. For clients, I tried using Release 9, Global Mapper 25.1, and ArcGIS Pro 3.5.2. All show the manifold.net watermark along the bottom, and correctly zoom to the expected WMS layer extents, but nothing else is rendered.

The web map served by manifoldsrv.exe works correctly, so I'm wondering if I've missed something obvious with regards to WMS capabilities specifically.
