I have dataset compiled with a one:many relationship in MS Access, where each record has spatial value stored in a WKT field. Manifold allows for easy linking to any table in a *.mdb or *.accdb, but how do I encourage Manifold to recognize the WKT for drawing the polygons? Thanks!

I dont`t believe that Manifold create a Drawing from a WKT Geometry. WKB isn`t a problem but i don`t find a possibility to do this with WKT.

Curios cause is no problem to make a WKB to WKT in Manfiold.

ogr2ogr should do this but i never tried it...

"Just import the table in and you can create a linked drawing from the table with SQL: SELECT CGeomWKB([wktfield]),[thetable].* FROM [thetable] that will create an OGC WKB field. If you want a Manifold geometry then you can do this: CGeom(CGeomWKB([wktfield])),[thetable].* This clause takes the WKB and turns it into a Manifold geometry."
