Hi. Is there a way to connect Map files to PowerBI directly? M9 does not have the visualization tools that I need for a project and exporting outputs CSV files is cumbersome.

Yes.

You need ODBC connection from PowerBI to M9.

Make sure Manifold ODBC is installed (Help->About)

Define ODBC datasource (1 .map file = 1 datasource)

In Power BI Get Data -> Other -> ODBC

Use a made up username, leave password empty. I finally succeeded in making the connection.
