Mostly problem with topology. Have you run "Normalize Topologie" before ?

Hmm, never seen this. TTT always works here (MFD 8.0.20 32bit, VISTA 32bit). But i think TTT first scan the Drawing, cause if you don`t have a drawing in your project, TTT not runs.

Thanks Volker, it has always worked here too until this time. I have a polygon drawing open when trying to use TTT.

Colin, Did you ever find a solution to this problem? TTT works fine for me on one machine, but throws the same error on another (both Win7 x64).

Yes Dan, delete the TTT folder in Config, download the relevant TTT msi (32- or 64-bit) and reinstall. The problem occurs when you do a system upgrade and just copy the config file rather than reinstalling TTT.

Which error exactly? It wasn't originally made very clear. Attempting to install the tools (version 1.0.0, a fresh download, on Windows 7 SP1 x64) throws an error for me, as in the attached screenshot. I doubt they have ever been recompiled for .NET 4, though I don't know whether that is the cause of the error(s). Attachments: Install.png

Hi Tim, The exact error attached. Btw - you can bypass that auth warning when you launch your CMD as a built-in Admin (not possible to launch MSI as built-in Admin account) and type the following msiexec /a Manifold-Traditional-Topology-Tools-1.0.0.0-x64.msi or whatever is the name of the topology tools installation file [edit] - one has to navigate to the path first of course Attachments: capture.png
